Making web pages is pretty easy. There are a variety of programs (Netscape Composer, Frontpage, Dreamweaver, etc.) that can help you make a page. Or, if you want full control over your page, you can design it from scratch using a text editor. The CSIP library has some books on HTML, and there are some online links listed below. Of course, you can ask some of your CSIP friends to give you a hand too.
